The house consists of two completely independent flats with entrances on opposite sides. Access to Bianca's flat is from the garden level and thus ground floor. On this floor is the large laundry and storage room. A staircase leads to the first floor where the flat is located. the apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, bathroom with shower. The flat is rustic as is the style of the house but in its simplicity it is well equipped and functional.

The garden surrounds the house on three sides and is for the exclusive use of the Bianca's Apartament guests, as is the parking space.
